RP Surveyors is an independent RICS-regulated surveying practice based in Nottingham, serving clients across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands. We provide clear, practical advice for homebuyers, homeowners and investors, with experience spanning both modern properties and traditionally constructed homes. Our aim is to provide clarity and confidence by delivering clear, practical insight at a crucial stage in the buying process.

What We Do

We provide RICS Level 2 and Level 3 building surveys, defect diagnosis, condition assessments and heritage property consultancy. Alongside our core surveying services, we undertake damp and defect investigations, drone and roof inspections, and provide specialist advice relating to historic buildings and traditional construction. We also offer consultancy support for pre-purchase decisions, planned maintenance, repair strategies and conservation-led projects.

Our Approach

We believe surveying should be clear, balanced and accessible. Our reports are concise and practical, supported by clear photographs and informed recommendations. We apply our heritage experience to older properties, ensuring advice is appropriate and sympathetic to traditional construction. We offer a personal and responsive service, and are always happy to discuss concerns before the inspection and talk through the findings afterwards.
